You have the right to exchange / return the product within 14 days of receiving the furniture.
Terms of return and exchange of goods
- The return of the product is possible upon receipt, if there is damage to the packaging, or individual elements of the product are damaged.
- Defective goods are returned by replacing defective parts.
- The product can be returned at the following address: Kyiv, st. Budindustrii, 6.
- Returning the goods If you did not receive the goods in Kyiv, you can send the furniture back in the same way as you received it. If the furniture has not been assembled and its packaging and sales receipt have been preserved, we will exchange the product for you or refund your money.
- The assembled product or the assembled parts of the product, which were in installation, are not subject to exchange or return.
Exchange or return of goods is possible subject to availability
- A document confirming the purchase of goods.
- Complete set of goods.
- Complete packaging and integrity of factory labels and markings.
