we check all the goods you ordered for the absence of factory defects, after which all goods are packed in dense packaging.
We perform warranty service in the presence of a sales receipt issued by our online store together with the product.
When receiving the order
in the presence of the courier of our online store or an employee of the Nova Poshta branch , check the completeness and appearance of the furniture. Check the integrity of glass, mirrors, facades.
Make sure that there is no damage (cracks, scratches, chips, etc.) and complete equipment, put your signature on the purchase documents. Once you have accepted the order, we do not consider claims regarding these issues.
- If you are assembling the furniture yourself, if you discover a defect, do not start assembling, contact us.
- To eliminate defects for free, you just need to send us 3 photos: a photo of the defective part, a photo of the furniture label, a photo of the instructions with the defective part marked.
The warranty is valid for 24 months
It does not depend on who assembles the furniture - you yourself or our professional assemblers.
We eliminate complaints (defects) due to the fault of the manufacturer or the carrier within 10 working days for Ukrainian-made furniture and 20-30 for Polish furniture .
If the furniture breaks down outside Kyiv and the region, it is necessary to send us the broken element that needs to be replaced or repaired.
If during the warranty period the furniture is damaged due to the manufacturer's fault , the repair is carried out at the expense of our online store . Otherwise, the replacement is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
